Hochman-Vigil & Haddock, LLC ("HVH Law," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to making this website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Access to legal information should not depend on how a person reads, hears, or navigates a page.
Our Standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, and they are the standard most widely referenced in accessibility law and policy.
Measures We Take
We consider accessibility as part of building and maintaining this site, not as an afterthought. Our practices include:
- Using semantic HTML and a logical heading structure, so assistive technologies can convey how each page is organized.
- Maintaining readable color contrast between text and background.
- Supporting keyboard-only navigation, with visible focus indicators on interactive elements.
- Providing text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Writing link text that makes sense out of context.
- Labeling contact-form fields clearly and pairing them with helpful error messaging.
- Building layouts that remain readable when text is enlarged or viewed on a small screen.
- Respecting operating-system preferences such as reduced motion.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Limitations can arise in documents and media provided by third parties, in embedded components we do not fully control, and in older material published before our current standards were adopted. When we identify a barrier, we prioritize it for correction and, where an immediate fix is not possible, we work to provide the same information another way.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within five business days and to work with you toward a resolution. There is no cost to request an accommodation.
